MMG Contracts were engaged as the Principal Contractor to carry out all works at the rear of the Ashbank units.

Works included:

• Leveling of existing ground
• Laying and compacting hardcore
• Laying and compacting burn off
• Concrete ramp
• Cutting through unit cavity wall
• Fitting roller shutter and related flashings
• Fitting of galvanised fence and gates
