The Parlour Bar, Newtownards

We were appointed to carry out refurbishment and fit out works to this 300 year old pub. Our brief was to double the seating capacity whilst keeping the “oldie worldie” characteristics throughout.

Works included:

• Demolition of old load bearing stone wall to open into new room.
• Extension of existing bar.
• All M&E works.
• New wall and ceiling linings
• New flooring.
• New seating.
• New elevated beer terrace accessed from first floor.
