Wellington Park/Botanic Inn

We worked on this City Centre Hotel whilst still open for business. We were appointed to carry out renovation and refurbishment works ensuring that minimal disruption was caused to hotel guests and staff.

Our works included:

• Two new bar areas to Wellington Park including a new pool room.
• Redecoration of ground floor reception area and main bar.
• Strip out of gents WC’s in Botanic Inn and knocking through to create a new walkway to the new pool room in Wellington Park Hotel.
