Our remit was to keep the store trading whilst carrying out demolition and strip out works and complete new fitout of all elements, to bring the exiting store up to the new store specification. While ensuring the safety of customers and Lidl staff throughout.

This required detailed planning at prestart stage and throughout every element of the project, to minimise the impact on the operations to the trading store.
