MMG are proud to announce the successful completion of our latest project right in the heart of Newtownards town centre.
We converted three vacant commercial units into five high-quality apartments - 2 x two-bed units and 3 x one-bed units - all delivered within an extremely challenging environment.
Working directly above three busy live businesses and between two occupied apartments, logistics were tight. Managing materials deliveries, parking restrictions, noise control, and tight access routes required constant planning and coordination.
Despite this, our team completed the project without any disruption to the surrounding occupants or businesses.
From design stage through to full handover, MMG managed every aspect of the build, showcasing the standard of workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism we bring to every project.
