MMG Contracts were appointed as Main Contractor for the creation of the new Tudor Watch Boutique in Belfast’s historic Queens Arcade. The project involved transforming two existing retail units into a single, high-end flagship store, requiring structural alterations and careful co-ordination to meet Tudor’s exacting standards.
The fit-out included all enabling works, mechanical and electrical preparations, and collaboration with specialist suppliers to deliver a flawless finish. Completed within a live retail environment in a listed building, the project demonstrates MMG Contracts’ expertise in delivering complex, design-led retail spaces. The result is a sophisticated boutique that embodies the luxury and timeless elegance of the Tudor brand.
