Description
MMG Contracts were appointed by Lidl Northern Ireland to deliver the full modernisation of an existing redundant store and car park on Ballysillan Road in Belfast. Our team at MMG delivered an extensive overhaul of the old store and grounds. Delivery of this project included:
- Demolition & strip-out
- Groundworks & site services
- Structural alterations
- Roofing & cladding
- Fencing & enclosures
- M&E installations
- High-spec internal fit-out to Lidl’s standards.
It was a tight programme, but thanks to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved, Practical Completion was achieved on-time.
The store officially opened as planned on 13th November 2025.
