MMG Contracts successfully transformed two residential apartment blocks at Knocksallagh Green through a complete façade and roof refurbishment, delivering long-lasting structural improvements and a refreshed external appearance.
The project involved the replacement of corroded steel lintels, extensive brickwork repairs, and the upgrade of external façades to improve both performance and aesthetics. Full scaffolding allowed our team to safely carry out detailed remedial works, including the correction of bulging masonry and replacement of defective window lintels.
A full façade repainting programme enhanced the visual appeal of the buildings while providing improved protection against the elements. Roof repairs were also completed to ensure the blocks were fully watertight and secure for years to come.
